About Us
Jose A. Navarrete CVT
Born and raised in Chicago, Jose is the owner and founder of Corzel QH. As a licensed Illinois CVT (Certified Veterinary Technician) he practiced in small animal medicine across the Chicagoland area for 5 years but has always had the passion and love for horses. Foals were the inspiration that led him to pursue a career in the veterinary field in order to care for and breed new foals. Continuing his education he is an attendant of the Equine Reproduction course at Texas A&M in College Station, TX where he expanded his knowledge in 2020. Through his passion, he aims to create a legacy and leave a mark for the Quarter Horse breed that the AQHA has preserved throughout so many generations.

Do you offer any stallions for stud?
We are an upstarting breeding business we do not offer any stallions currently at our facility but we would be glad to connect you with any depending on your needs
Do you perform embryo transfers?
We do not offer embryo transfers at the moment but this is something we are aiming to provide in the future breeding seasons to come
Do you offer stallion collection services?
As we continue to grow our home based facility and as spacing allows we plan to be able top provide more services for stallion owners who need this service
